To receive medical and/or dental services at San José Clinic, individuals must go through an eligibility screening. A San José Clinic card is rendered according to family size and income, based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Eligibility interviews are conducted on a walk-in basis. No appointment is necessary. Eligibility interviews for the Clinic are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
